Puppy care, questions and information:
We are taking extra precautions because of COVID-19. If you would like to see a puppy, we can FaceTime, or we can send videos per request. All home visits will be outside or we can meet at a local pet store. All visitors must wear a face mask and there will be hand sanitizer available before touching puppy. If you’re not wearing a mask, one will be provided.
We know you are excited to have added a new family member and want to show off your puppy to family and friends. But it is important that your puppy needs time to rest and adjust to the new environment. So, it's important to give your puppy quiet time and rest.
Please have all your puppy essentials at home before picking up your puppy.

Do we have a waiting list?
- Yes, there is a waiting list. We will go down the list and email/call/text according to how you want to be contacted per request. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we will be moving onto the next person on the list.
- List will be private and not for public viewing.
Will your puppy come with any supplies?
- Yes, you will get a small bag of food, treats, health record including vaccination and deworming, vet exam, blanket with siblings and momma’s scent (for comfort).
Do we hold puppies?
- We will only hold your puppy with a deposit of $500.00. Deposits are non-refundable.
How much are puppies at Pet prices?
- Pet pricing meaning, Absolutely NO breeding and a contract to spay/neuter your puppy at 5-6 months of age.

How much are puppies at Breeding price?
- Breeding pricing meaning, No Contract.

Are there any discounts?
- Yes
- if you’re a returning customer, $100.00 off total price.
- Purchasing 2 puppies? $200.00 off total price.
Is there a refund on the deposit or purchase of the puppy?
- No. There are no refunds of any kind.
What type of payment methods do we accept?
- Cash & Zelle – no additional fee
- PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card – add 4% fee to amount sending.
- Coinbase Wallet - no additional fee
- NO checks of any kind.
Do we ship puppies with airlines?
- Yes, we ship puppies upon your expense. We will ship puppies through Delta or United Airlines. You will also be responsible for a crate, health certificate and airline fees, including booking airline ticket for your puppy and $25.00 for delivering your puppy to the airport.
Are we willing to drive and meet?
- Yes, we are willing to drive up to 150 miles. Cost is $1.00 per mile.
What to do if you can no longer care for your puppy?
- You may bring back the puppy to us. You will not receive a refund for the purchase of your puppy. We will find a new home for the puppy.
